Two Alvin Community College Business Management students recently won funding for their start-up ideas in a recent pitch competition hosted on campus. Sofia Incalcaterra and Bessica Hinton received first runner up and second runner up respectively during the event for their pitches. Incalcaterra received $1,500 and Hinton received $1,000.
